Payment and Deposit
Cash/Cheque deposit via ATM/bank counter/Kenanga branches
Cash and cheque deposits may be made to Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad:
- at any Kenanga branch office; or
- directly into Kenanga’s collection account at any panel bank.
For cheque payments, please ensure that the payee name is stated as Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad and that the account number (KIBB’s account number) is written on the reverse side of the cheque and/or in the reference column of the bank-in slip.
The validated bank-in slip for cash or cheque deposits should be submitted to your Dealer’s Representative for processing and receipting.
- For urgent payments, please notify your Dealer’s Representative (“DR”).
- Payments are subject to fund clearance and validation of the required supporting documents.
You may verify the status of your deposit via KenTrade under ePayment > Transaction History or your Trust balance in Account Summary. Alternatively, please contact your DR for further assistance.
Your payment will be credited into your Trust account after the clearance of funds by the banking system and sighted in Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad's bank account.
