    When will I receive my sales proceeds?

    According to Bursa Securities Fixed Delivery & Settlement System (“FDSS”) sales, proceeds shall be auto-credited into your trust account by T+2 by 2:00p.m.

    What is auto trust facility and how do I subscribe for the service?

    Auto trust is a default facility service to all Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“KIBB”) trading clients. Sales proceeds and contra gains due will be auto-credited into your trust account.

    What is e Share Payment “ESP” service and how do I subscribe for the service?

    e-Payment is a service offered to all clients who wish to have their trust accounts withdrawal directly credited to his/her respective registered bank account with KIBB. 

    To subscribe for e-Payment service, please download Individual / Corporate Account  Update  Form from KenTrade and return the form to your Dealer’s Representative (“DR”) or branch.
