Use the "Forgot Password" option in the KenTrade app. You will receive an MFA prompt to approve the reset. After setting up your new password or PIN, you will receive another MFA prompt to approve the new configuration.

Each time you log in, the system requires verification through MFA to ensure that it is truly you attempting to access your account.
