    Login & Authentication

    What changes will take place in the login process once MFA is implemented?

    After entering your User ID and Password, you will receive a push notification in the MFA app to approve or reject the login.

    How do I approve or reject login attempts, or password reset requests in the MFA app?

    Tap the push notification or open the MFA app and select the pending request. Tap "Approve" to proceed or "Reject" to deny.

    What happens if I don't receive the MFA push notification?

    Open the MFA app manually. You will see a "Pending Authentication" request for your KenTrade ID.

    Can I manually check for pending authentication requests in the MFA app?

    Yes. Open the MFA app and tap on your KenTrade ID to view and respond to pending requests.
